I am a practitioner of both Reiki and a modality called Biodynamic Touch Therapy, a derivative of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. BTT is a gentle, hands-on or remote modality in which the practitioner facilitates the return of balance, homeostasis, and wholeness in the body and reminds the body of its innate healing capacity and connection to Nature and Gaia.

The practitioner uses specific hand placements on the extremities and spine to sense and direct the flow of fluids in the body. Fluids are the matrices of nourishment for every system and cell in the body. Fluids also store trauma, and when the fluids are allowed to flow freely, this facilitates the gentle release of trauma from the body.

BTT stimulates the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and true healing only occurs in the parasympathetic state.

 
 

I combine Reiki, BTT, and sound healing to provide a peaceful and balancing remote therapy, the effects of which continue well beyond the experience itself.

I realign the body consciousness into coherence with nature and Gaia, releasing trauma stored in the fluids and tissues, and helping to gently dissolve discordant mental patterns and programming, facilitating health in all bodies; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

+ Is there any religious dogma attched to your energy work?

No. Energy work is a sharing of life force energy, which may be called by different names according to different religious groups, but there is no dogma involved. It can be experienced by people of all faiths.

+ Do you have any qualifications to do this work or are you self-taught?

I have studied and am certified in both Usui Reiki (level I) and Biodynamic Touch Therapy (level I) under Paige Valdiserri.

+ Is remote healing as effective as in-person?

Yes! Because everything is energy, we are connected and part of a Whole. Life force energy has no limitations or restrictions and can travel through space and time. If you think of the energy or concept of love, you can love someone whether physically present or not, and I think that's a great analogy for energy work. Life force energy affects the subtle (energetic) bodies which then affect the physical body.

+ If the session isn't live, why does this link to your schedule?

Scheduling the session on my calendar ensures that I will have the availability for your healing in my schedule for that day. You DO NOT have to be available at the scheduled time. I will send you the audio recording when the session is complete and you listen to it on your own schedule.

+ Shouldn't spiritual people give their gifts for free ?

I don't believe that. I believe spiritual people (who live in the material world) should be supported for sharing their gifts. Money is a form of energy, the exchange of which allows the healer to continue to do their important work in the world because their own needs are met. I believe I have a very accessible price point for my work that still allows me to be compensated for my time, effort, and energy.

+ Can I choose between the Reiki and BTT? It says you practice both.

I do practice both, but I integrate them into one offering, along with vocal toning. I may also select a card for you from one of various oracle decks. This is a modality unique to me based on my training and gifts.
